FemiLiminal
A sanctuary for life’s great thresholds
Soul-deep guidance through birth, grief, and becoming.
Welcome to FemiLiminal
A Return to the Sacred Art of Becoming
Remembering our Rites of Passage as human beings.
FemiLiminal is a living invitation to enter the tender, transformative space between who you have been and who you are becoming. It is a place where grief, joy, silence, expression, trauma, and transformation can be met with presence.
It is a sanctuary for life’s great thresholds, held with respect and depth. Birth, death, identity, loss, awakening, and all the moments that shake or remake us are welcomed as part of a wider journey.
We offer soul-rooted support for
- Grief, loss, and emotional unraveling
- Pregnancy, postpartum, and the threshold of birth
- Burnout, exhaustion, and spiritual disorientation
- Creative awakening and expression as part of integration
- Embodiment, neurodiversity, and nervous system care
- Ancestral repair and feminine rites of passage
We honour the intelligence of the body and the ways healing moves through a life. All forms of perception, processing, and expression have a place here. Your way is held as sacred.
Our work brings together somatics, archetypal psychology, cyclical intelligence, and ancestral practices, woven with story, sound, movement, and ceremony. These threads form a field where depth work and creative expression can unfold in a grounded and steady way.
FemiLiminal is not an approach to self improvement. It is a return to the deeper layers of soul.
A remembering. A reclamation. A becoming.
Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
About me:
Jaguar
I’m Jaguar, founder of FemiLiminal, a body of work that grew from many years of accompanying people through change, loss, birth, death, and the transitions that shape a life.
My work is rooted in embodiment, feminine-centred psychology, birth, death and grief work, and the understanding that transformation unfolds through the body as much as through the mind. FemiLiminal offers places where people can pause, reconnect, and move through life’s thresholds with support.
For most of my adult life, I have worked in the birth, women’s health and threshold fields, supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, grief, trauma recovery, and major life transitions. My own experiences of loss and change have deeply shaped how I accompany others.
I am trained in somatic and trauma-informed practice, bodywork, and birth accompaniment, and I bring creative expression, ritual awareness, and body-based understanding into the spaces I hold.
As founder of The Woman School and creator of SoulBirth Doula Training and Feminine Wisdom, I have supported many women and birth workers in developing grounded, embodied ways of accompanying others.
FemiLiminal is an inclusive space that welcomes different paths, identities, and ways of being.
You are welcome here as you are.
The meaning of FemiLiminal
The term FemiLiminal was created by my husband and perfectly embodies the essence of my work.
“Femi” stands for the Feminine – a concept that speaks to a deeper, universal quality residing within all of life and each of us. The meaning of “Feminine” is unique to every person, and for each of us, it may hold different, personal significance.
“Liminal” refers to the space between – those transitional times and phases where transformation takes place. My work primarily focuses on guiding people through these liminal states – such as pregnancy and birth, as well as dying and death. These are clear examples of the thresholds we cross. However, through my exploration of the Feminine, I’ve discovered that we all experience pivotal transitions throughout our lives, both inner and outer.
Mapping these transformative moments, and finding meaningful ways to navigate them with intention and consciousness, has been a central focus of both my personal journey and professional work. FemiLiminal is a reflection of these explorations and the spaces in between where real growth and transformation unfold.
