FemiLiminal groups

A group Lab for transformational creativity

Some forms of healing—and true creativity—can only emerge within a held, nourishing container.

When we give voice to the deeper currents within us—through body, voice, imagination, and soul—we enter a portal of transformation. These group labs honour creativity as medicine and expression as liberation—not only for ourselves, but as a force of collective healing.

This is not about performance.
It’s about presence. Permission. Possibility.

Each group becomes a living vessel—where authenticity is sacred, connection is real, and what we create becomes a mirror of what longs to be healed.

The Path

Each Lab follows a sacred rhythm—a cycle that invites exploration, embodiment, and integration.
Every gathering becomes a ceremony of becoming.

We move together through phases of creative unfolding:

  • Move – warm up and open the body

  • Awaken – free the voice, let energy rise

  • Enter – step into the theme through guided exploration

  • Create – express what arises, in whatever medium calls you

  • Share – listen, speak, witness in community and reverence

  • Receive – reflect, digest, and gather what was expressed

  • Compost – let it ferment, integrate, and become new ground

We journey through the core FemiLiminal themes:
Cycles, life phases, emotions, transitions, Rites of Passage, archetypes, soul, sexuality,
and the wisdom of the body—including the nervous system and female physiology.

Each Lab is an invitation to return to the truth of who you are
through creativity, expression, and collective witness.

The story

I’ve always been a creator—not by hobby, but by instinct.

Expression was never optional. It was how I survived.
How I made sense of the worlds within me. Movement, voice, poetry, story, silence—these were my first languages.

In my early years, I worked with textiles and tailoring, shaping stories with fabric, sculpting emotion through form. I learned how to speak through the body, to honour what words alone couldn’t reach.

Over time, I came to understand this:
    Creative expression is sacred medicine.
It helps us integrate life, give shape to the shapeless, and trace meaning through the mystery.

As I journeyed through performance, poetry, visual arts, and ritual, I realised creativity wasn’t simply a gift—it was a force of healing and remembering. I began to weave it into my work with women, my group spaces, and the training paths I created within the feminine field.

Many of us carry lineages of silence—repressed instinct, unspoken grief, unexpressed creativity.
We learned to dim ourselves to survive.
But our souls remember a different way.

I hold space for women and marginalised voices to reclaim their truth, speak what was once unspeakable, and create the kind of art that heals, integrates, and liberates.

Because life may never follow a clear script.
But through story, movement, image, and voice—we can make meaning.
We can come home to ourselves.

    This is not about performance.
    It is about presence.
    About power rooted in softness.
About creating a space where your wild, creative essence is not just welcome—
    it is needed.

    Why This Work Matters

In a world that teaches us to hide our inner lives, this work calls us to bring them into the light—through voice, movement, story, and song.

To be seen. To be heard. To express.
This is how we heal. Individually and together.

“It has been scientifically demonstrated that shamans who encourage their clients to publicly perform their dreams in poetry, song, and dance are 80% effective in healing. Psychiatrists, who use psychoanalytic techniques that encourage their clients to talk about, draw, paint, or describe their dreams in private are only 30 percent effective.”
Barbara Tedlock, Ph.D., The Woman in the Shaman’s Body

    This is why we gather.
    This is why we create.
    This is why it works.
